Holiday home in Ahr Valley with 1 bedroom

Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment in the heart of Ahrweiler offers approximately 67 square meters of living space and is designed for 2-4 people. It's an ideal starting point for excursions into the Ahr Valley and the surrounding area, or for enjoying local delicacies and Ahr wine at one of the many wineries. Everything is just a stone's throw away. A courtyard with a gate separates the house from the pedestrian zone, ensuring a peaceful location. The cozy kitchen and spacious bathroom are located on the ground floor. The bedroom is upstairs and accessible from the living room. If more than two people are using the apartment, the living room can be converted into an additional bedroom with a sofa bed (plus a mattress topper).

The courtyard is shared by several owners. However, our guests have exclusive use of a table and chairs. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, a relaxing glass of wine, or a cigarette (not permitted inside the house). A separate room provides convenient storage for bicycles or motorcycles.

Bed linens, towels (including kitchen towels), etc., are provided.

We were able to rent a parking space directly at the house, which we are happy to make available to our guests for only €3 per day.
