Our country house is located in the Karlstein district—at an elevation of 650 meters—in a sunny, quiet setting amidst beautiful mountain forests with panoramic views of the Reichenhall mountain scenery. Our family-run inn is built and furnished in a country house style. Our guests appreciate the personal atmosphere and our recommendations for beautiful day trips, hikes, or mountain tours. You can go on long walks and hikes right from our doorstep. Lake Thumsee is just a 10-minute walk away. Popular destinations include Salzburg and Berchtesgaden [approx. 20 km], or you can simply relax at the Rupertus Therme [3 km] and let yourself be pampered. After your excursions, wind down the day on the balcony and enjoy your vacation. In our country house, we offer our guests two vacation apartments of different sizes. All feature a balcony and magnificent, unobstructed views of the valley and the mountains. We would be delighted to welcome you as our guests.
