”Great little place for my husband and I to stay during our quick trip. Comfy Murphy bed, nice rain shower with good water pressure. Although we only got takeout, full kitchen available with everything you would need. Would stay again! ”

”We stayed for 6 nights to be close to my grandson who had heart surgery at UPMC Children’s Hospital. The location of the home was perfect for easy access to the hospital and the amenities such as the washer & dryer, and nicely appointed kitchen made the stay homey and comfortable. The area also has some great restaurants close by. The homeowner, Frank, was fantastic and was quick to respond to any and all requests. ”

”This place was great for our family of four. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. It was a quick drive to various attractions and areas of Pittsburgh. Of all the areas we visited, we liked Lawrenceville the best. Highly recommend this property for location, cleanliness, and easy check in. ”

”This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect!
