”A great location to visit the surrounding area. 40 mins from Gruissan beach, Roqebrun for kayaking and cycling along the canal du midi. The table du casino is great for dinner in the village. Some constructive feedback for the owners - The pool wasn’t as clean as it should be. Where we have stayed before the pool is cleaned/hoovered on a weekly basis, by the end of the week is was rather dirty and needed a proper good clean,Also the bathrooms needed a good deep clean.A lovely house full of...

”Our family group of 15 from Ireland spent 5 days at this beautiful bastide in July 2025. The facilities are excellent for a large group, with three fridges and two dishwashers and bbq. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water in each bathroom. The pool was perfect, and again very clean and not over chlorinated. Parking space in the outer building was very good in the hot weather. The location is lovely and peaceful and very private. We would highly recommended this property...

The accomodation is spread over a couple of floors and was relatively cool despite the heat wave (over 40 degrees) in the city, also thanks to the fans provided.Minor drawback: Arriving 15 min after check-in time, the cleaning staff still needed 15 min. ”Lovely house, well appointed, small private garden & car parking on street outside. Pascale & Jean live next door & made us very welcome. Jean introduced us to his excellent wines at his Cave & gave us so much information about the processes. Lezignan makes an excellent centre for exploring the surrounding area, Carcassonne & Narbonne. ”

”Wir haben die paar Tage sehr genossen. Bei der Buchung war es sehr unbefriedigend für uns, dass wir nie einen telefonischen oder email-Kontakt zum Vermieter bekommen haben. So konnten wir überhaupt keine Änderungen oder Absprachen mehr treffen. Das hat uns sehr gestört. Das Häuschen hat uns sehr gefallen und besonders, dass die Gegend dünn besiedelt und nicht so von Touristen heimgesucht ist. Immer wieder trafen wir so freundliche Menschen. Auch hat uns der Pool überhaupt nicht gefehlt... Gerne...

”La maison a de beaux volumes, très bien située dans un petit village au calme. Belle piscine bien entretenue. Mais il n’y a qu’un petit drap de bain prévu par personne pour tout votre séjour ( nous sommes restés 2 semaines.) Ce n’est vraiment pas assez, comment on fait avec la piscine et la douche ? Pas de coussin de chaises le long de la piscine, comment on fait avec ces petites serviettes pour ne pas se brûler contre le plastique des chaises? Il y a un éclairage au pourtour et dans la piscine...

L'extérieur est très bien, mention spéciale pour le "coin piscine" qui est particulièrement agréable ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et les relations avec l'hôte et la personne qui nous a accueilli ont été très fluides. ”

”Perfectly positioned,lovely property, easy walking to both the old city and the modern one. Access to supermarkets(by car) and small shops by foot. Martine obviously lives her home, as a host she was perfect, available if needed but not intrusive. The pool is a big plus if you have teenagers. ”
