”In the summer it is a cool house, due to good insulation. Close to a good eatery and 1.2 km from a local supermarket. The distance is too far for the heavier groceries, without a car. The beach is clean and quiet, little tourism. The owner was easily accessible if necessary.”

”Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio (Vermieter) unkompliziert, ebenso auch die Übergaben. Angekommen in Badolato ist es zunächst schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen...mit etwas Mut und Improviationsvermögen geht das aber. Das Häuschen liegt am östlichen Ortsrand und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Man sollte aber wissen, dass Badolato in Teilen ein "Geisterdorf" ist, die meisten Häuser um uns herum waren leerstehend und verrammelt. Das haben wir aber nicht als störend...

”Cet appartement est très agréable, bien équipé et bien placé sur les hauteurs de Pizzo. Nous avons cependant été étonnées d'avoir accès au lave linge moyennant un supplément de 10 € par jour, nous nous en sommes donc passés. La rue est piétonne et calme. Le seul problème pour nous a été le stationnement car pas de place réservée et il faut donc se garer où l'on peut, quelquefois à plus d'un km, surtout en plein été, mais la plupart du temps nous avons trouvé une place gratuite au parking...

”We had minor issues on check in but nothing worth mentioning. The host and her daughter were Amy to deal with and answered all our questions very promptly. The cottage was very private and had a million dollar view. It also had everything on site you would need for your stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to truly relax.”

”La casa e' situata in una posizione spettacolare. Perfetta per grandi gruppi e per pranzare/cenare in terrazza con una vista magnifica. La spiaggia e' a 5 minuti di macchina. Unico neo, la mancanza di zanzariere. Per il resto abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. Un plauso particolare va a Rocco, il nostro host, sempre gentile e disponibile.”

”Villa Katerina is great. Clean and really comfortable. In 5 minutes walking you reach the beatiful seaside. The house manager is really nice. We had some problems with hot water, resolved in one day. Thank you”

”The apartment was exactly as shown on the website. It was clean, neat and it had a wonderful view of the town and ocean. We had some great sunsets from the second floor balcony. It was a little difficult to find and we had to wait for someone to come get us. All i all it was a great stay. The town of Pizzo is beautiful and quaint.”

"We got everything we needed and a gift as well as an surprise. We hope we were liked as clients as well. It was nice to hear that we were the first Finnish clients by il Nocchiero. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The cooperation between the hotel and the beach was super and very nice people. Nice town Soverato for families with children also. The train station close and only few hours away from Reggio Calabria. The sea and the beach was super beautiful with beige/white sand and clear water. Just beautiful experience. Near there is everything you need from the local entrepreneurs like Ciro Cut&Care for your hair like Italian style. Just in love with Soverato. "
