”部屋は清潔だしスタッフの対応も良いです。ただ初日、シャワーの使い方が分からず、スタッフを寄越してくれると言われたきり誰も来ず(シャワーの出し方はその後自分で理解)。部屋にある内線はかけてもつながりませんでした。歩いてショッピングモールまで行きたい場合、大きな道路を渡る必要があるのでちょこちょこ出掛けたい人にはあまりオススメではないかもしれません。”

”The location is not good unless you habe a car. Only big roads closeby which don’t have pedestrian-friendly approach. The hotel don’t serve breakfast or airport transport even they advertise it on their own website —> misleading. The room was vlean and spacious though.”

”Not so many restaurants on the site (Japanese, Chinese and a mix). I am not sure if I could eat a whole week on these three restaurants. It was almost impossible to have any service from the pool bar - no staff nearby and it was very difficult to order any beverages or lunch. Basically, the pool bar was "closed" even though the hotel was fully booked due to new year. One needed to dress up and go inside to a restaurant to find any staff. Then again you waited to have the menu and then another...

”No baggy service for individual/private owner. Guests have to carry own luggage and walk for about 250m from parking lot to accommodation. It was very inconvenient and unexpected for a family with special kid. Upon checking out, guest has to show photos of room, bathroom, toilet, swimming pool, remote controls and keys on door before deposit was refunded. No to poor physical guest service. ”

”Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.”
