A family-friendly and authentic village at the foot of the Pyrenees’ highest peaks, it offers a wide range of activities in both winter and summer: skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, spa treatments, hiking and guided tours.
This accommodation, which can sleep up to 6 people, features a lovely living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony with views of the summit of Port du Vénasque, as well as table tennis tables, a basketball court and a pétanque court!

The flat:
Located on the first floor, accessible via a wide staircase, the flat is laid out as follows:

Living area:
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a seating area featuring a double sofa bed, a desk, a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a table that seats up to 6 guests.
- A kitchenette opening onto the living room, fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette set, kettle, filter coffee machine and Tassimo Happy.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 80×190cm) and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190cm) with a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with a bath, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool, comprising an indoor and an outdoor section. Open from 17 June to 15 September: Tuesday to Sunday inclusive, 10.00–18.30.
- A 6 m² east-facing balcony furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a lovely meal whilst admiring the view of the Port du Vénasque!
- Table tennis tables (4 bats and balls are available) and a pétanque court shared by the residence.

In winter, a wide range of winter sports is available in the Superbagnères ski area, with 32 km of slopes: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and tobogganing, as well as hang-gliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky! Finally, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the magnificent Quinconces Park!

In summer, you can explore the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d’Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré… Make the most of it by taking a stroll along the shores of Lake Oô and admiring the splendid view of the Haut-Garonne peaks, or set off on a trail run or a climbing route! There are plenty of other activities and events on offer: mini-golf, football, theatre, concerts, the Tour de France, the Plant Festival, the Flower Festival, the Christmas market…

- A numbered parking space is available at the bottom of the residential complex.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the residence.
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €30 per stay, but must not be allowed on the bed. Only one pet per stay is permitted (please specify when booking). Please keep an eye on any pet hair and do not leave the pet unattended.
- Board games are available.
- For nature lovers, a pair of Bushnell R3 8×42 binoculars is available, along with a cleaning kit. Please return them clean after use.
- The accommodation is equipped with two fans.
