”Appartamento grande e pulito. Comodo. Fornito di ogni confort. La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). Struttura silenziosa. Un po' di rumore dalla caldaia e dai termosifoni ma niente di insopportabile. La mattina abbiamo sentito un po' di rumori dovuti ad altri ospiti poco civili. ”Wow! The property is just amazing! Located on a vineyard, it is in close proximity to everything. (Sienna, San Gimignano, Castelina di Chianti) The appartment was roomy and great for a family of 4. The view is spectacular and the restaurant has great service and food. I recommend without hesitation.”

”Vicino a Firenze e quindi alle principali via di scambi, ma in una tranquillità disarmante. Il silenzio è parte integrante della struttura, ma sia chiaro assolutamente positivo. La struttura è ubicata in una zona veramente bella e le stanze sono confortevoli, comode e con la possibilità di cucinare. ” Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking. Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use). Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening.”

The bed stinked and the bedroom was chilly at night, even that it was summer and you were not able to adjust the airconditioning to change the temperature. TV remote didn't work, so no tv.
