”Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.”

”No hot water in the unit”

”This property was a scam. I booked the place just December of last year and When I went there to check-in, the security guard said the unit was not available and it was for longterm rent. I called the property manager using the number provided in the email by Vrbo using 2 different phones (US and Philippines) but the person was not picking up. Do not rent this place! ”

”Thou shall not book. This property is non-existent. Total scam! The host cannot be reached, Bristle Ridge says the host does not have a unit in their condominium”

”24時間対応フロントとあったが、これはウソ。メガタワーというビルのなかのマンションの１室。ビルの守衛は部屋番号が分からないと入れない。ここで電話をすればよいのかもしれないがWiFiが使えないのでネットが開けない。連絡の電話番号はメモしておかなければならない。守衛ともめているとどこからともなくおばさんが現れ部屋番号を教えてくれて鍵をくれた。このおばさんと会えるのはこのときだけ。あとになってコンロの使い方を聞こうとしたら、もう家に帰ったので行けないといわれた。”

”This is the type of condominium.My stayed in moldex residence is very good the unit that I stayed is complete amenities with refrigerator,tv,microwave,utensils,towels etc.The staffs was nice and helpful .I will stay again here in the near future .Thank you...”

They are very helpful esp. if you have a disability. The cons - not convenient to shop or eat elsewhere. Generally, we would come back to this hotel. ”
