”Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. Offensichtlich handelt es sich um Apartments in einem Mietshaus. Wir mussten anrufen. Der Vermieter kam dann binnen weniger Minuten. Ein Hinweis in der Buchung, dass man anrufen muss, wäre gut. Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und Bad war an sich ok. Preis war aber schon recht ordentlich. Leider haben wir abends in der Küche Kakerlaken...

”Tolles, kleines Hotel direkt am Fuße der Bahai Terrassengärten (keine 100 Meter) im Deutschen Viertel. Frühstück nicht in Hotel möglich aber in kurzer Distanz 2 sehr gute Restaurants, die schon morgens geöffnet sind. Service war nicht besetzt, lief alles über Email oder Telefon (Englisch). Irreführend ist die Angabe eines Hotelparkplatzes (gibt es nicht), man muss draußen auf der Straße parken (es gibt dort Parkbeschränkungen). Würde dennoch wieder buchen, die Lage ist unschlagbar.”
