”Staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The dining at Sushisamba was exquisite. Our suite was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the Avenues mall. I would book another stay here.”
”Staff try very hard. Since the hotel opened recently some staff lack some experience.
Guests must be aware that alcohol is not served in this hotel. ”

”Tämä hotelli yllätti positiivisesti! Huone oli tilava ja erittäin siisti. Siivous toimi päivittäin ja jääkaappiin ilmestyi joka päivä uudet vesipullot veloituksetta. Alue on hiljainen eikä huoneeseen kuulunut ulkoa ääniä. Hotellilta kävelee keskustaan (Bab al Bahrain) noin puolessa tunnissa ja sekä koraanimuseo että kansallismuseo ovat muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Naapurista löytyi sekä pankkiautomaatti että pieni ruokakauppa. Ainoa miinus siitä, että yöllä vastaanotossa ei ole oikeaa...
”Likaiset huonekalut, vanha kokolattia matto. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla. Huonehinta ok, mutta kaikki lisat melko hinnakkaita kuten aamiainen, drinksut jne.”

”Very nice hotel with great service and parking available.
There is "only" 1 restaurant though and not 3 and it is quite pricy for the region.
The bar / smoking area is very nice with a good view however as stated, it is a smoking area so be advised if you go for a drink your cloths will stink :P
There are 2 smaller mini markets in the area which is walkable in 2 minutes and the hotel is also close to many malls and other interesting places and the airport.

”My colleague and I came over for the weekend from Saudi, and it was lovely. Would definitely recommend the apartments, as they're often cheaper than the rooms. The lady serving drinks by the pool last weekend was absolutely lovely and a great chat!
Only disadvantage is that parents tend to let their kids run riot around the pool, screaming and splashing everyone, but that's a reflection on them, not the hotel. 10/10 will stay again next time.”
