”The hotel was clean breakfast was good but the main thing was the helpfulness and attention given by the hotel staff.
They were amazing.
Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags!
I really get appreciated by all as a guest.
Thank you!”

”I’ve stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions and have found the location great. Very close to restaurants and shops and far away enough to be in a very quiet and peaceful location.
The F&B staff and Housekeeping team especially the housekeeping manager are all amazing, extremely polite, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, thank you for this, you are the reason I came back a second time and you proved you are consistent.
The front office, finance and reservations teams on the other hand need...

”I stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a decent experience. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which I appreciated.
However, there were a couple of uncomfortable interactions that impacted my stay. This made me feel uncomfortable in what should have been a private and respectful environment.

”My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.”
