”Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. ”

”The stay was nice, the room was decent. Breakfast was great for the kids and the coffee was good and 24/7. The outside was pretty gross and they were having some technical difficulties, but the staff was very helpful.”

”Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Check-in folks were very nice and friendly, my room was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of parking, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. My room had nice amenities with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area!”

”It hot tub wasn’t working and the pool temperature was very cold. There were no towels at the pool. I had to get towels from the desk. We had 4 people staying in the room and there was only 3 towels in the room.”

”Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience.”

”Room was clean, but had an old cigarette smell. Shower head needed to be cleaned. Bedding and towels were clean. Comfortable room overall. Hallway and stairwell was very unkept. Quiet, would stay again.”
