”We loved our stay here. Our only regret was not staying longer! The location could not have been better. It was right on the river and we could bike on the trail and walk to town! The condo was amazing! Very clean and had everything we needed. FYI if you are staying in summer there is no AC and it was a rather hot night up on the third floor. The rooms are equipped with big box fans which helped but just good to know. Staff was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely love to come back. ”

”Absolutely beautiful and very unique! Tucked into the woods with a river! It’s like a little piece of heaven because you’re tucked in just enough, but have complete access to the town! The big window in the living room was freaking amazing. You’re able to see everything and the river! Everything was well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. If you want to experience Colorado, this is where it’s at! Love this place and would stay there again! highly recommend it! ”

Site looked exactly as pictured and common bathroom area was very clean. Easy to uber to/from red rocks for the show, then quick drive in the morning to do some hiking. 10/10 recommend if going to a show at red rocks and like to hike. ”
