”The jacuzzi was out of order. The complimentary in-room water bottles had been opened prior to our arrival, and despite our request for replacements, none were provided. The beach towels were notably thin. Furthermore, the beach access point presented safety concerns. Finally, the television operation was not adequately explained.”

”Tough property to review. The condo was beautiful and clean, just as listed; and the overall location and area are great. The host was responsive and clearly cares about creating a beautiful setting in the condo. The grounds, however, are in a state of disrepair. The pool was out of order and completely green with algae. The bathrooms at the pool were out of order. The basketball courts were broken. The tennis courts were broken. Pathway lights were broken.
