Cute, newly renovated studio. Perfect for one to two people! It is situated in the heart of a typical Mediterranean town, right next to the medieval castle and a church, on the ground floor of a 130-year-old building. 80 cm thick walls protect you from heat and cold, and new doors and windows from the sound of church bells.
The sea and the center are 5 minutes walk away. There is good WIFI and smart TV with cable channels. Parking is public, free, nearby, and easy to acquire.

The apartment is a studio consisting of a main room and a bathroom. In the main room there are:
- entrance hall/staircase
- bed 160*200 cm
- kitchen with dining table and chairs
-two-seater with TV

The BATHROOM contains a toilet, a shower, a sink with a mirror, and cabinets. There is also a washer/dryer for you to use free of charge (please use your own detergent).

The KITCHEN is equipped with an induction cooker, a refrigerator, dishes, pots, and a coffee machine. It contains all the necessary dishes for two people. There are both water and wine glasses, coffee cups, tea cups, sharp knives, and utensils.

Our linens and towels are all white and washed at 90°C.
