Speaking of the kitchen, it is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain, including a gas stove and complimentary locally roasted coffee.

Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable queen bed. The master bedroom even has a large bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and security bars for added stability.

And for those who need to get some work done during their stay, one of the bedrooms has a large desk just for that purpose.

Step outside onto the back deck and enjoy a meal at the dining table or relax on the comfortable seating while taking in the warm Baker City evenings.

You`ll receive a personal code for the front door keypad, making check-in seamless and convenient. And if you need anything during your stay, we are just a text or call away.

Please note that while this home is situated in a nice neighborhood, it is near the interstate and may experience some road noise outside; however, it is rarely noticeable from inside the home.

• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
• Parking: Park in front of the garage or on the street in front of the home.
• Shoes: Remove shoes indoors or ensure they are free of dirt to help keep the home clean.
• Overnight Guests: Visiting guests not on the reservation require prior approval.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please collect and dispose of cigarette butts.

Pet Policy (for Travelers with Animals)
• This home is not pet friendly; sorry no exceptions.

Additional Policies
• Damages: Guests will be charged for stained towels, linens, or damages beyond standard wear and tear.
• Excess Cleaning: An additional cleaning fee may apply if the property requires extra attention after your stay.
