”The hotel was closed when I went to check in at 11pm last night so I was forced to give up my room and stay somewhere else I would like a refund”

The staff was all helpful from the desk clerk, owner and the housekeeper and groundsman who hand delivered pool towels when our hands were full. Great, low price. I'll stay here again”

”Pool was green, bathroom smelled like urine, tub was disgusting and damaged, red ants and dirt all around and property, guests camped outside the doors like they’ve lived there for months, throw up on wall next to bed, room smelled like body odor. The breakfast was also terrible. And young man that checked me on to the hotel sat behind counter with TV blaring while wearing a bonnet of some sort. Zero standards, zero supervision, zero pride of ownershi”

”Front desk lady was super friendly and proficient. Room was clean and had all necessary toiletries. Breakfast was delicious: waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, etc. and kept well-stocked and clean. The lady handling breakfast was really nice and friendly. ”

”Very nice lady at check in. Clean comfortable room. We would stay again if we are in the area.”

”The bathroom door didn't want to shut all the way and it ended up coming off the hinges but the air conditioner smelled funny until I took the filter out and cleaned it and then it cooled pretty well and the pool was never open though and I made sure that I made reservations at a hotel with a pool so that way who could get in the pool if we didn't want to be at the beach and that was kind of messed up that the pool was never opened but aside from that everything else was all right”

”After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there.”

”Parking was easy. Charged me a deposit, not sure why. Could not spend any money there if you wanted. My credit card also got hacked immediately after the deposit was charged ”

”The room was horrible to my liking. First the property upkeep was terrible. Ppl lived in the rooms they was outside lounging, the ppl had the walk way setup like it was their front porch and outside smoking marijuana. When we walked into the rooms it smelled like urine and dogs. The appliances were terrible old rusted. The walls was horrible. It wasn’t clean to my liking.”

”The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The facilities were new and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, the highlight of my stay. The only negative was a dog that was in a room just down the hall that barked all night.”
