I feel this house has a lot of potential as it’s a nice layout and it does have the nice pool. But the cleanliness left some things to be desired. The bathrooms were clean, which is super important, as were the room rooms in general. But there was a lot of dust in the house looked like it hadn’t had a deep clean in sometime. There was loads of dog poop on the side of the house. At least 30 piles or more. The one bedroom was advertised as having a queen and a twin bed, but actually only had twin bunkbeds. The bunkbeds were very loose and we had to have friends come over to tighten them. The top bunkbed only had decorative sofa pillows on it and a tiny little throw. I did make the host aware of all of these things after our stay, and hopefully they make the need changes. If they do, I think this place could be a really nice place to rent.

A backup home

We live nearby but were needed a place to stay while our house was being repaired for flood damange. This house was comfortable and relatively clean. We enjoyed regular walks to the nearby park and found the neighbors friendly. The pool was a welcome break from the heat. The layout of house was great, with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the remaining bedrooms are on the other. The washer/dryer was centrally located. The AC works, but was a bit noisy in the master bedroom and the far side of the house could get noticely warmer. A number of lightbulbs were dead, but there was still plently of lights around.
