Terrible customer service front desk people are rude and do not respect customers there Ana the front desk clerk denied me a room because I was local and prejudge ld me without a reason too put me on a smoking room when I specifically said no smoking I gave allergies because I complain I was put in DnR list not allowed to rent they treat customers poorly without reeect or a reason too.

I appreciated the friendly staff and security guard. Several work trucks were there with work boots outside of the rooms. It was quiet and safe.

They do not care what the customer requests or accomodations needs they do not give you what you pay for... They prejudge and are quick to be a judgemental properly quick to assume that every local guest needing s room is no good and they give you the worst rooms on properly purposely that is discrimination and being profiled automatically. I DNT like the way they conduct business me being in the same hospitality business I also am a front desk clerk and night audit at Americas Best Value Inn i have not one bad review not one unsatisfied customer at my work place I know exactly how to make.and keep customers happy keep them coming bsk have others come to do business at our establishment. I know how a front desk clerk should conduct themwelf and how important it is to grow a good excellent repa with customers so that they are happy content with theyr stay so they continue to come back with us. Vagabond is one of the worst hotel establishment I've ever stay in... They need a lot of customer service training and change how they as a company greet and interact with consumers

The people that work in front desk are not friendly at all. You do not walk into an establishment with a unhappy snotty person no inviting hellos no friendly greetings as you walk in the person in from desk have an un inviting attitude and have no concerns about trying to accomated the customers needs they give you the opposite of what you ask for not caring about the needs of the consumer and if their disability needs are met. When you ask to be away from the noisy bad side of their property they do just that put in in that area they give you a none deluxe room so from the jump you DNT get what you pay for at at. When u request and pay for a deluxe non-smoking room you get exactly the opposite the rooms smell real bad like smoking the rooms furniture is awful.
