Filled in the online form to have 30min massage add on which was not scheduled - the spa apologized multiple times and gave me a 30min massage for free. Left my credit card on the front desk - they hired a taxi driver to chase me to the airport and sent it to me. Such awesome service!

The location was great, and I really liked the courtyard however the room had no soundproofing and was very noisy, the shower leaked everywhere out of the bath onto the floor and the breakfast didn’t have a very good selection.
