”Right by the lake, clean and spacious for 5. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. And a powder room at the entry. The parking lot was secure/gated. No chairs on the deck and the grill was not working but we knew that beforehand..The location was really good.”

”We recently stayed at this cottage outside of Gravenhurst, and it was by far the worst vacation rental we have ever experienced. The property was not just dated—it was filthy and appeared to have been neglected. Upon arrival, there were no kitchen cloths, no paper towels, and only a 2 half rolls of toilet paper with no extras provided. The cottage smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with mould. The dishwasher was full of partially cleaned dishes, and several kitchen cupboard doors were...

”This was a nice clean facility -- The host Jesse was very nice and was very responsive. We started the week with 2 adults and 3 kids and got up to 6 adults and 4 kids -- at that point sharing a bathroom required planning. The kids had a great time on the paddle boat, kayak and trampoline. They actually played games at night instead of being on their phones. The fire pit was good and the bugs were not too bad for Muskoka in August. Down side is you can't swim onsite and the weeds made jets ski...

”The premise of the compound is run down, and not clean/tidy. The inside of the house was nice, however the foot of the couch is broken, rooms have damp smell, AC is not working, warning of 200$ fine if garbage was not brought with the guest.”

”My first impression was WOW!!!! Everything was just as is in the pictures. This was a very family friendly accommodation. There were games, toys, and the kid's bathroom had the whale over the spout. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, silverware and more. There was a whole spice drawer. Amazing. Loved that the Keurig was a coffee pot and could use pods too. There was grill, which we used. Plenty of firewood to use the outdoor firepit, which we did, twice and...

”Had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was cozy, clean, and peaceful — the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!” Host is very accommodating.”

”We had a great time at this cottage. Plenty of space for our large group, but only 1 washroom in main floor unit - 2nd washroom was upstairs on separate unit, which we hardly use. Since there was nice large dock and swimming area on the lake, we didn't use the pool. We had access to 2 canoes and 1 kayak which we used every day. We were given a tour of the cottage upon our arrival and the place was very clean. The only concern I have is the voice alarm when the front door or windows were...
