The Tenchou Estate

Welcome to Domaine du Tenchou, a peaceful haven nestled in the heart of the Lot countryside, located in the town of Baladou. This magnificent, character-filled estate can accommodate up to 14 people, making it ideal for vacations with family or friends, or for a peaceful group getaway. The estate consists of several separate houses, offering both a warm, welcoming atmosphere and privacy. The main house is the heart of the estate: spacious and cozy, it features a living area where everyone can gather to share meals, relax, or enjoy lively evenings. A second house, designed for 5 people, also has its own kitchen, a bathroom, and comfortable living spaces—perfect for a family or small group seeking a bit more independence. The third house, more intimate, accommodates 2 people: a small bedroom and a private bathroom. Outside, a vast, tree-lined garden stretches around the estate, a true oasis of greenery waiting to be explored. There you’ll find a private pool, as well as plenty of outdoor games for all ages: a swing, a ping-pong table, a badminton net, and more. The Domaine du Tenchou is the perfect place to relax and explore nature—an idyllic setting to recharge while enjoying all that the Lot has to offer, just a few minutes from must-see tourist attractions. The main house features: an open-concept kitchen leading to a dining area that seats 16 people, a living area, a bedroom on the first floor (with a 160-cm bed), a laundry room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160-bed, 1 with bunk beds and 2 single 90-beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In the second house: living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a 160-bed and the other with bunk beds and a 90-bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet. In the third house: a small cottage with one 160-bed and its own shower room with a separate toilet.
