The whole resort is quite grand indeed. However the Wi-Fi wasn't working in the room during our two nights stay which is simply unacceptable with these room rates. The room was incredibly dark. No bright lights available. So forget reading a book in the room. The pool was nice, staff was nice. All ...

charming hotel in midst of tea plantations
we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this.

Nice colonial style hotel
Nice colonial style hotel in Nuwaran Eliya hills. Beautiful surroundings. Close to center. Service in dining / breakfast sometimes slow. We were upgraded to Suite, many thanks.
