An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered and leads over an internal stair directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bathroom 4 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
