”It felt like everything was fresh, clean and brand new while being affordable and tucked away yet still around everything that you need. I can’t wait to bring all my girlfriends back with me next time. It’s the perfect place for a girls trip and the pool was amazing.”

”Maid service unlocked our door to come in when we were sleeping. It was NOT check out day. I had to sit up and tell the lady that we were in the room. Dirty diapers and trash at pool. Same trash throughout our 3 days there. Staff not knowledgeable. Pillows are flat. Mold on trim beside tub. Faucet broken but still functional. Could see daylight with door closed due to an apparent break in at our room. Smells moldy/musty/old. Definitely needs major upgrades. Floors not bad but need refilled in...

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”This place is the place to stay. Very convenient and close to everything. Never talked or saw any staff. No problems with anything while there. Would update the mattress and pillows. Loved the location and the quietness of this stay.”

”Our stay here was nice. The staff sent us a gate code and a code for our room through email. They have done a nice job of remodeling the place. It is still an old property, but worked for our family. Everything was clean and staff provided us with extra wash cloths and towels. It is close to the casino and quick drive to Bath House Row. We would not walk it though, since the area we would walk through did not seem safe to walk through late at night coming back. It has fridge with bigger...

”Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance.”
