”Entire property was overall very tidy and cozy. Had to provide my own sheets and towels, which was no big deal. Loved the motion light switch in the bathroom. This place is PERFECT for a couple that simply needs a place to sleep and shower. There's a small mini fridge, microwave, and 2 stove eyes for some simple meals if needed. Really cool private outdoor shower! ”

It was our first time in Oak Island and we loved it. The location of the house is great- right between the ocean and the intercostal. Melissa shared recommendations for restaurants and everything we tried was fantastic. Our whole family had an amazing time and want to go back. ”

”Clean, well stocked and in a quiet location. Easy walk over marshes to the beach access. Communication with the property owner was great. Will likely rent again.”

Only difficulty was finding space for the pack and play for the baby to sleep in. There was a lot of furniture in the unit and not much space to move around. ”A bit disappointed in the quality for the price. We splurged on this property for a couples weekend getaway. The listing said newly renovated however everything in the kitchen/bathroom was cracked, dented, or peeling, you could tell the house had experienced a lot of wear and tear. The kitchen wasn’t stocked for cooking; no blender, hardly any bowls or utensils, no hot pads for using the oven, and no grill.
