”Entered room to 2 used towels (1 in shower and 1 hanging behind bathroom door), no clean towels and a stained bedspread. Immediately reported to staff at front desk, received towels for the night but did not receive any additional towels or any evidence of housekeeping staff in our room. No one came to take dirty towels out either. Stayed 3 nights and had multiple rooms and none of us had any housekeeping services. Hotel was packed due to graduation in town. ”Only complaint is the cheap toilet paper - ouch. Everything else was as expected. The staff was all very kind and hard working. Thank you for a comfortable stay while we were in town visiting family. Our rooms were clean, rollaway bed was in room as requested, parking was free and easy, breakfast was standard fare. Would happily return. ”

”The Handicapped accessible room I had requested was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that this room is just a few steps from the bar. Saturday night's karaoke was SO LOUD we could hear the music through the walls until after 1 a.m. The music kept waking me up - and I was wearing earplugs!”

”Clean room. Friendly staff. Ample parking. Only coffee available. Coffee usually empty after 1 cup. Staff available to make more but takes them a while to make it. Things available for purchase if you want something simple to grab.”

”The room was nice and clean. Good breakfast with lots of variety. After 5pm the breakfast area turns into a lounge with reasonable priced refreshments. Nice pool and hot tub. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Karen the manager was great to deal with!”

”Filthy! The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Stains all over the walls, furniture, toilets and sofa. When we opened the sofa bed, there was multiple tooth flossers, a comb and Candy wrappers and crumbs. The toilets had not been cleaned. We checked out after the first night. The hotel was unable help us because we booked through Expedia. Save your money and go elsewhere. The last straw was when a giant black thick spider crawled onto my son Pajamas. Never going back.”

”For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking.”

”The hot tub was fine. But the pool was very cold. I couldn’t get in all the way and swim. Which is why I chose this hotel with the configuration of the pool. ”

”Room had dirty silverware from previous. Pillows hurt my neck due to nothing to them. The water for the shower was luke warm and no pressure. When you ran the water it always smelled like sewer. Dog poop all the property yard.”

”This is an older hotel that seems to have been updated nicely. My room was on the first floor and was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was updated and fresh. Breakfast was 6-10am and they had a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The coffee was fantastic. Craig, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient.
