”I cant say enough good things about front desk staff. Very pleasant and helpful, especially A young lady named Paige. She even went to our room after check-in to make sure it was clean! Bad was returning to our room after being out for the day was that by 7:30 pm our room had never been cleaned. I was not happy as I had tipped house cleaning the prior day. Luck for us, Paige did bring us clean towels. Rest of stay was great ”

”Booked a king thru Expedia but hotel only had Queens when I arrived. Good amenities but not what I reserved. ”

”Very run down, bathroom had stains, very old furniture. Breakfast only had a large container of water (which was pink in color-I notified the staff but they didn't do anything) for individual oatmeal packets. Have to take out your own trash or get fined, side doors opened upon my arrival, very loud, can hear every step if you stay on 1st floor. This is for more for people who are staying more long term, not recommended.”

”We checked out immediately after checking in. Quality Inn should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this hotel. It was disgustingly dirty, have the lights and outlets didn’t work which isn’t surprising since there were holes in the walls with electrical wires hanging out. The smell was terrible. I booked this in a hurry based off of other Quality Inns that I have stayed at and did not read any reviews. Next time I will pay more attention!”
