It definitely has some “handyman special” fixes/renovations around the house, but nothing we couldn’t learn/figure out how to work around. Such things as, the vent hole in the tub drain was caulked over so the tub took forever to drain and both toilets in the house had very little to no leg room to sit comfortably.
