This fascinating and unusual designer villa with a covered private pool is located in the picturesque village of Bale in Istria. Well-equipped and furnished with great attention to detail, Villa Giuseppe will certainly not disappoint. It consists of 3 stylish bedrooms and modern bathrooms, making this villa perfect for 6 people. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor and offer the highest level of comfort for guests, as each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A cozy lounge with a large sofa is also located on the upper floor and has a TV with games console.

If you take the stairs down to the first floor, you will enter the living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. If you prefer to dine al fresco, there is a gas barbecue and an outdoor kitchen with a dining table for 6 people, just a few steps away from the living room. An attractive feature of the villa is the glass area that separates the living room and the pool. The inviting pool is easily accessible both from the garden and from inside through the wellness area, where a sauna is available.

The villa is located near the romantic town of Rovinj and is only a few minutes' drive from the nearest beach. The nearest store, café and restaurant are within walking distance from the villa. This convenient location offers many opportunities to discover the highlights of Istria.

Important note: Parties and youth groups are not allowed! The picturesque town of Bale, located at an altitude of 140 m above sea level, has deep roots dating back to Roman times. You could say that Bale is just a typical hill town, but breathtaking views of the countryside, preserved narrow streets, medieval monuments and exquisite cuisine are just some of the reasons why Bale stands out. Despite its size, Bale has an interesting cultural offer in summer - the Castrum Vallis art exhibition or the Jazz Festival in the Open. In the Ulika Museum you can also see 200 million-year-old dinosaur bones that were found in the sea. About 15 km away is the beautiful tourist town of Rovinj - once a small fishing village, today the most romantic town in Istria with numerous restaurants, cafes, stores and museums. Visit the famous baroque-style church of St. Euphemia. You can also go horse riding, hiking or jogging in the surroundings of Rovinj. Visit Pula (approx. 25 km away) and admire the famous Roman amphitheater or take a day trip to the Brijuni National Park.
