  • Villa Golden Hill is an exclusive 5-star villa located in the peaceful Istrian village of Golaš, near Bale. Surrounded by nature and greenery, this contemporary villa offers a high level of privacy and discreet luxury, ideal for a relaxing stay in Istria.

    The villa spans 225 m2 and has been carefully designed to combine functionality and aesthetics. The ground floor features a spacious living area filled with natural light, connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The open-plan layout creates a welcoming atmosphere, while direct access to the covered terrace ensures a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

    One bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, while the other two elegantly designed bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and TV. Large beds (200x210 cm) provide exceptional comfort, while additional beds allow flexible accommodation for families.

    The outdoor area offers a complete open-air living experience. The private swimming pool (24 m2) is surrounded by sun loungers and a landscaped garden, while the covered terrace with outdoor dining area invites relaxed meals. A gas barbecue enhances the Mediterranean lifestyle experience.

    The property is fully fenced and arranged as a green area, ensuring privacy and peace. Guests have access to private shaded parking.

    Villa Golden Hill is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. WiFi, a safe, washing machine, dryer, and all essential household amenities are available for a carefree stay.

    Located in a quiet setting, the villa is still well connected – a restaurant is just 200 meters away, while shops in Bale are only a short drive. The sea and beaches are approximately 12 km away, and Pula Airport is 25 km away.
