Täysin remontoitu 4 makuuhuoneen talo keskeisellä paikalla kauniissa Soldiers Hill. Nukkuu jopa 9 henkilöä mukavasti runsaasti luonnetta ja mukavuudet sijaitsee helpon 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloita, Ballarat historiallisessa CBD ja liikenteen.

5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Ballarat Rautatieasema ja ihana kävellä kaupunkiin paikalla ostos, vierailu taidegalleria, syömään tai show historiallisen Hänen Majesteettinsa Theatre.

Sijaitsee kauniissa Soldiers Hill ja kävelymatkan päässä kaikista hyviä paikallisia ravintoloita ja pubeja. Sotilaat Hill on hyvin tunnettu historiallinen arkkitehtuuri, kaunis puiden reunustamat kadut ja läheisyys Ballarat CBD

Great trip away with the boys. Property was well catered for and is super convenient to walk into town.Would definitely stay there again.

House has plenty of character and is in a location that is an easy walk to town. All the amenities catered for our needs. Host was helpful and accommodating to our requests.Found that the single bed in Bedroom 3 is actually a high bunk bed which meant the person planning to sleep there had to sleep on couch as could not climb the stairs. Also Bedroom 4 is bunk beds - not 2 singles - and only accessed via Bedroom 3 which made it not private. Felt the description should have explained the sleeping arrangement better.

The property is starting to show its age but is still fully functional. Whilst it has a sleeping capacity of nine, there is only one bathroom and dining capacity for six. It is quite close to a busy rail line which may be a problem for light sleepers.

It was very convenient for the activities in Ballarat that we had planned. Communication was easy and questions answered promptly. The layout was perfect with areas able to be closed off for warmth and privacy.

Great location, suited all our needs with beds for all nine of us. There is an oven which wasn’t listed so can do all your own cooking. Great communication with the owner. The only down-side was that it’s opposite the train line.

Great property for larger groups of people, however keep in mind the 1 bathroom and toilet located in there. Limited parking and be mindful very to train line. Also, the 3rd bedroom is off kitchen area and has a loft bed.

The loft bed was fun and it was great to have so many tv’s!!! A really lovely home with everything you could need. My mum loved the coffee machine. The only thing that could have been better was if the water was hotter. I recommend for anyone to stay there.

Great house with beds for everyone. Nice and close to town centre. Beds were warm and comfortable. The house warmed up quickly with all the heaters around the house. It is close to the railway crossing so if your a light sleeper you will be up early but everything else more then made up for it. Great place to stay

This property was a lovely place to stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, 1 toddler and 1 baby and was a great size to cater for all. It can be a bit noisy due to the trains but overall it was a nice place to stay. Was clean however bins were full meaning we couldn't put all our rubbish in, there was a bit of dog poo in back yard which the toddler wanted to play with BUT they are only faults. I do recommend this place.

Our weekend Away at Ballarat and our stay at this house was very relaxing, the house had everything we needed. It was lovely to arrive at the house on a cold evening, the heater and lamp was on, such a welcoming gesture. The house has everything you need also very family friendly. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and a wonderful kitchen. The only downside was that it was right near the train line and you can hear the trains. However an overall fantastic stay. Thank you

So glad i picked this to stay in for the weekend. There was 9 of us and it was perfect for all of us. Perect amount of beds for us couple's and singles. House was sooooo nice and tidy in the inside and out. Very homely. Plenty of towels to accomodate for everyone. Provided tea and coffee. Was super close to the main street but far enough away not to here heaps of noise...... except the trains haha. Overall loved it!
