”House was perfect for a large family gathering. We went for a family wedding. There was plenty of room for different family members. Property is in process of renovations, but very nice. Space was clean and comfortable. We loved the theater room and all the deer that visit in the backyard. The road to house was the only thing that was a little tricky!”

”Everything was as advertised and exceeded expectations. Beds were very comfortable, we had all the amenities we needed, and the location was a perfect base for our New River Gorge adventures! The train tracks are VERY active, but it was expected and didn’t bother us a bit. The back deck was great for bird watching! We saw many different birds, including herons and even a bald eagle. Highly recommended!”

”Our family had a lovely time at Walker Creek. We enjoyed the spacious house, ate family dinners at the dining table, and played several games of pool in the game room. My husband and son fished every morning using the kayak, canoe, or just walking into the creek. The property is beautiful and peaceful. On our last morning there, my son was fishing, of course, and saw four otters swimming in the creek. They were so curious about what he was doing. It was a great family getaway!”
