The rooms are generously sized and immaculately clean, the beds offer exceptional comfort, and the staff consistently deliver courteous, professional service. ”Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support”

”The family room was very small for 4 people, we could hardly fit in. One of the beds was a sofa bed that was not comfortable at all, very hard and high in the middle, low in both ends, so could not sleep in it. The air conditioner kept terrible noise. Otherwise ok, good parking lot.”

”Our 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor was clean, well maintained and had a nice big spa bath. Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of capsules provided. Some noise at night, as this is in the centre of Ballina. ”
