Residenssit – Ballycastle

”Would not recommend. Hotel needs update and room smells musty.”

”The Quad room had plenty of space, and the king bed was very comfortable. Also, we enjoyed the openness of the shared kitchen and living room. There was even fresh bread, teas and coffees available as part of the stay the next morning.”

”Located right on the high street yet still quiet at night for a good sleep! Excellent amenities, shoutout for fab quality fluffy towels, and the toiletries (shower gel/soap) excellent quality. We were especially impressed by the “above and beyond” service, with a chilled bottle of bubbly ready for our arrival to celebrate our engagement. Thank you!!”

”The property was idyllic! A cottage on a hill with a spectacular view. Cows mooing in the evening and morning. Very quiet country road. Close to Giant Causeway and Carrick-a-rede rope bridge. Also very close to Ballycastle so easy to get groceries for you. The instructions left for guests were also very clear and covered the operation of showers, hot water etc Highly recommend!”

”I booked here for hotel only on my way through town. For the rates they charge it was not what I was expecting, it fell flat for me. I wasn't allowed to use the pool, staff were dragging bins outside of my window loudly until 10:45pm. My view was bins. I was told the only rooms with a view were the cottages. The room was mediocre, it was clean but basic. The service in the restaurant was great, the food was okay but nothing extraordinary. A heads up you might expect a bit more for the cost...

”Really loved the style of the lodge. Next time I hope to stay longer!”

”Loved the location and thoughtful way the apartment was stocked for guests. The layout threw us at first because the bathroom was off entry instead of by bedroom, but no problem. Also no window in bedroom but lighting and plugs etc all very handy. Would stay again if we come back to Balleycastle!”
