Best hot breakfast. Very friendly and a nice country area to spend the night. We loved it. Couldn't say that there was anything wrong with our stay.

Lovely comfortable clean room. Host was really nice and breakfast was good proper coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. 2 minutes from Ballycotton by car.

This place is beautiful inside and out. The breakfast were very good and our hosts were so nice. My only dislike is how far out in the country we were for driving.

Uncomfortable
The room was not comfortable. We even put extra comforters under us to try and get sleep. The walls are paper thin so we heard the man next to us going to the bathroom a number of times in the night. Carpets are stained and the pot to boil water was corroded and there was no where to plug it in even if it was clean. Breakfast was ok, better the last morning. We got stuck in a hail storm and couldn't make it back for one of the nights and got charged anyway. Just not a welcoming place.

Thank you for your review but disappointed that you didn't enjoy your stay. To be honest We are a little confused as we asked when you were leaving if everything was OK and you seemed very happy' On the subject of the hailstorm, we were never contacted to say that you were't returning to your room that night and we obviously hadn't realise until breakfast time. It would have been nice if you sent us a quick email to say you were stuck in a hailstorm and changed this matter completely. Instead We were left anxious in case there had been an accident and we duly contacted you immediately. It also meant we had breakfast prepared and heating on all night . We are a reputable business and our home is a very welcoming place as is evident from our recent and not so recent reviews.

Extremely welcoming the moment you walk up to the door. Room and bathroom was amazingly clean. The views from the property are just fabulous. Unfortunately I was staying for a wedding and did not get to have the food due to timing, but if the food tasted as good as it smelled lingering through the house then this place is a must stay for everyone.!!! I will be returning in the future.

Very comfy and close to town..
This was our first B&B experience and we enjoyed it very much, Paddy and Anna the hosts were just so friendly and always there for any of our needs. Mouth watering breakfast catering for all, and amazing home baked scones and bread were delicious. Their home is so beautiful with lovely gardens and view, plus lot's of parking spaces. Rooms are very comfy and have everything you will need for your stay plus other rooms to lounge around in with books etc if you wish. Lovely little towns only a short drive away offer plenty of bars and restaurants for your evening meals, lovely attractions only short distance away and Paddy and Anna were always ready with advice to meet your interests. Wish we could of stayed longer but we will return again when visiting Cork in the future......

Anna and Paddy were excellent hosts! The breakfast was wonderful! The room was comfortable, but did have carpet stains and could do with a cleaning. Overall the hosts made up for the negative comment. Lovely people!!

Away from City
Really enjoyed my stay. Be warned that it is in the country with only the small town of Ballycotton near. The owners were friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. Rooms were comfortable. The only suggestion that I would make is that Sunville House needs to be very specific about how to get to it. Without a GPS and no real road signs it is not easy to find. Even just a sign pointing to the correct farm road would have been helpful. Other than that I have nothing but good words to say about my stay.

Absolute perfection
Truely, the only thing that needs to be said is that this B & B is PERFECT. If you want a quiet, secluded spot then Sunville House is the place to stay. It is away from everything (a little hard to find) but it gives you the perfect, quiet stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. The scones on arrival were delicious. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The hosts are delightful and friendly. It felt like we were visiting close friends ... nothing was an issue!!! Highly recommended.

Soggiorno molto piacevole
Struttura molto accogliente e ben curata. Proprietari gentili e ospitali, all'arrivo ci hanno accolto con te e biscotti fatti in casa serviti davanti al caminetto acceso. Le stanze sono ben arredate e l'atmosfera familiare ma tipica irlandese è piacevole. Ottima la colazione.

Relaxing and comfortable
Paddy and Anna are delightful hosts, very accommodating to their guests' needs. The bedrooms are comfortable and the common areas are relaxing. The dining room, with its lovely view and delicious food, was also a highlight.

Charming site in beautiful, remote location.
Hearty Irish breakfast lovingly prepared by gracious hosts. Everything seems handmade and hand-picked. Rooms are small but adequately appointed (though shower could use something to place soap/shampoo on). Hosts are great! Takes time to wind your way through country roads to get there, but the isolation has its appeal.

A perfect getaway, away from all the traffic. Staff were ideal hosts, we were looking for the country side and we certainly found it, peace and tranquility aplenty, shame we could not stay longer.

The best B&B in Ireland
The owners Paddy and Anna took care of our every need. The room was clean, large, well decorated and had excellent views of the countryside. The breakfast area and setting would put most restaurants to shame. Breakfast is ordered by menu, then cooked and served by the proprietors. Excellent. The overall setting is picturesque and almost storybook. Access and parking are excellent, no worries here. The site served us well as our base camp for visiting many castles and museums in near and far areas.

Paradise is a place called Ballycotton, Co Cork!
Tea and fresh scones on arrival, lots of advice on the locality, hostess happy to book taxis, restaurant without even being asked. All in all two really lovely helpful hosts in a stunning part of Ireland. We'll be back!

Tolles B and B!!Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Tee und Scones! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr idyllisch, ev nicht ganz so leicht zu finden, dafür aber sehr ruhig.

Fantastic getaway
From the incredibly friendly welcome to the smell of fresh scones in the morning this house was fantastic. If I had to find a fault it would be the water pressure in the shower everything else was perfect!
