”The house is nice. The location is great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen worked nicely. Only advice is to be very careful out on the deck at night. The 3-4 steps from the upper to lower deck are very hard to see at night and no handrail to assist. Make sure ALL the outside lights are on for the best visibility of the steps. Dark brown steps on dark brown deck in the dark is not a good combination.”

”The cabin was very nice and the views were wonderful!! We would love to come back. The only problem was we got to the cabin and the cleaning crew was still there and were taking up the driveway. ”Our stay was lovely. The room is beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for spending 2days at the Biltmore. My only comment would be to book you Biltmore tickets ahead of time. The advertisement stated that you get a free Biltmore ticket if you book The Rose Room. This is correct, but you have to go through a 3rd party to get the ticket and I didn’t receive that information till the day we checked in. I then had to buy an additional ticket for my husband and coordinate the times.”

In a great location, lots of stuff right around the hotel to eat, shop, activties etc. They also offer discounts at some of the nearby restaurants for staying there.
