”Miscommunication somewhere, the property was shared with another and that was uncomfortable. I have small kids with a lot of energy from our 8 hour drive. The other person decided to bang on the floor at us. Not cool. Someone also randomly kept ringing the door bell. Nice decor, bed was awesome and amenities were superb!”

”It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property!”

”Stay was great. Communication with host was also great. A missing item was quickly replaced when we contacted them. Very helpful. Comfortable, clean. Had everything we needed and good central location. I was unaware that we had an upstairs unit however. It worked out ok but would’ve liked to have known that beforehand. Good stay for us. ”

”This property is located in a desirable and quiet neighborhood. The home is clean, updated, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the bed options by providing one bedroom with a softer mattress and one bedroom with a firmer mattress. The modern light/fan fixtures in the bedrooms move air perfectly while you sleep. The beautiful fireplace insert was beautiful and calming (doubling as a gentle nightlight). We stayed long enough to utilize the dressers and closets during our stay, although...

”Great place to stay and I am very appreciative that the host was willing to do an after midnight check-in due to a long travel day. I didn't realize he would have to personally meet us at the door and let us in to his basement that is the rental location. I would have preferred a keypad entry. There is a lock on the rental door once in the basement. Very clean location! We left early the next morning to continue our drive, so I don't know anything about the rest of the area.”

”Had a bad stay. Good--apartment was clean and nice, pet friendlyBad---It is a duplex and the entry smelled strongly of dog. My car was parked on the road in front of it (where they said) and it got robbed during the night. They refused to reimburse me for the 2nd night even though I had to get a hotel because my daughter was terrified to stay there. There is a camera looking out the door towards the street and they have not given me the footage.”
