”Our room was spacious and comfortable, however we found clumps of dust and hair on the floor in the room and the bathroom. The wallpaper was ripping away from the wall and just gave it a worn down, needs work look to the room. There was a good selection for breakfast.”

”The stay, for me, was just ok. The room was clean but where I think they missed the mark was in the little things. They have free breakfast which is a good thing but I’ve never seen a hotel tell everyone a about free 24hr coffee but it’s instant coffee. Gross. They have a laundry facility but in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in the past, there was a machine where you can buy detergent and whatnot. They don’t have that. The tv sound couldn’t align when actors spoke. If you don’t need to use any...

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great!
