”First of all, when we checked in we were not told where the elevators were. We were walking around, lugging our suitcases and exhausted. Someone asked what we were looking for and he directed us to the elevators. Turns out they were the wrong ones and had to walk halfway around the hotel to find the correct ones.
Also, the benches in the restaurant area are peeling. It is something that needs to be addressed. ”

”Staff was very kind. The shuttle was wonderful. They picked me up at the rental car drop off and took me to the airport on time. The room itself smelled like smoke and was old. However, I just needed to be there for the night and woke up at 3 AM so it served its purpose.”

”Our room was clean enough but the shower and sink drain were clogged. Both were extremely slow to drain, leaving you standing in a puddle while showering. The bathroom ceiling obviously had a previous leak but no one attempted to repaint the water stains, wall paper was peeling in the room, wall paper in the dining area was peeling (showing signs of mold), the dining room chairs were in need of replacing. The breakfast selection was not very appealing, in fact my 10 yr old walked away...

”The staff was very friendly and when I had an issue in the first room, I was assigned they changed rooms for me really quickly. You get what you pay for but the rooms are clean enough! Id definitely stay there again!
Note: people do smoke in rooms and it can come through the vents and make your room smell. I just told front desk and they made note of it in their system so that I wouldn’t be accused of smoking!”
