âThe morning I checked in 4/25 around 1pm the front desk lady notified me although a room was ready but I still needed to pay 40$ extra to access my room because it was before my scheduled time. âRoom was clean but requires significant maintenance. Paint chipping off walls. Parking was ample, but there were piles and piles of trash in the rear of the parking lot. Elevator had duct tape on it, which wasnât comforting. Staff were nice during interactions, but had to wait at desk for them for a while. Bed was comfy and shower had a lot of water pressure. Outlets were loose so had to constantly readjust them to charge items before trip. I would not stay here again unless forced to.â

âYou had to keep asking for wash clothes, because there were only two wash clothes.
The breakfast was just ok. The front hotel staff needs to dress the part and stand up when Hotel guest come in to check in. No one cleaned up or room after checking in on Friday and checking out on Monday at 11am.â

âThe website said that the hotel is under renovation and it did not lie. The entrance and lobby are a construction zone. You have to enter from the back. Check in is a person sitting at a desk in the back hallway. The grounds are not being maintained. Only one elevator is in use. However, once you get past all of that, the rooms are spacious and clean.â

Went to that location and was told there was no reservation. I double checked my booking and it said it was the original location. Didnât stay at either one. Rebooked somewhere else. Both places seem a little shadyâ

âThis hotel looks like a motel! Very upset with my stay the first room they put me in was right next to the front desk carpet lifting up in the room. The room wasnât fully clean I asked to be moved to a different room due to the noise level. They only have house keeping in the morning and the breakfast is horrible they put a bagel, a pack of cream cheese, sunny d orange juice, and a muffin I paid $300 to stay here and it wasnât worth it at all and the check out is at 11 I asked could I check out...
