”The property is remote and beautifully removed from all noise and light pollution. The staff are well trained and a pleasure to interact with as they are helpful and kind. I highly recommend this location for the discerning traveler who is not intimidated by remote locations and rough terrain in accessing the property. ”

”Clean and quiet. Good food. ”

”Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. ”

”Stayed here for one night after climbing Adam’s Peak and it was perfect for the rest and sleep that was needed. The property was clean, including the room which had a big, comfy bed and hot water. No ac needed as it got chilly in the evening, there was a warm duvet. Staff were extremely nice and friendly, making sure we were well attended do. Food was excellent - we asked to meet with the chef so we could thank him personally as it was that good. All food was cooked fresh. We left early the next...

”What a dream this place is. Fantastic stay that felt like we were welcomed into a home of warm friends. Food was perfect, stay was perfect, view and massages perfect as well. perfect place for some rest and rejuvenation. Take a great book and fall asleep in the comfortable double bed lounger in the flower garden.”

”Oli erinomainen kokemus yöpyä teeviljelmien keskellä uudehkossa, erittäin tyylikkäässä Villassa. Palvelu todella hyvää ja kaikki pelasi. Lämmin tunnelma, huoneita vain muutama. Viehättävä teen poimijoiden kylä kävelymatkan päässä. Suosittelen lämpimästi.”

”Exceptionally bad, dirty room, bed linen with stains and filthy toilet, shower without hot water. Unfriendly staff that didn’t make us feel very welcome ”

”Stay at property was amazing! The views where breathtaking and awesome to unwind to after staying in the city. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. We stayed 2 nights and also visited the nearby waterfalls...”

”Amazing stay at Jetwing Warwick! What a stunning property, the entire home is designed and furnished impeccably. The staff Viji & Ruba were exceptional. The food was also great. Highly recommend the tea tour on the property & Meena Amma’s experience, it’s very well done! CAUTION: The dirt road leading to the property is quite dangerous! An extremely experienced driver is needed. The area can get very foggy & it’s difficult to see the roads. I would recommend Jetwing to tell guests to meet them...

”The environment was calm and inviting, creating an oasis of tranquility. Our rooms were impeccably maintained, featuring comfortable furnishings and peaceful decor that enhanced our stay. The staff were not only helpful but also attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Every meal was a culinary delight, showcasing a variety of flavors and fresh ingredients that left us eager for the next dining experience. Overall, we truly cherished our time there, filled with...

”This could be something so special. The location itself is amazing and the accommodation for ‘camping’ is incredible. The service wasn’t great however. As kind as everyone was the timings were very off. Being told we needed to be ready for breakfast at 8 and not being served till 9.30. The same for dinner. We also told them we needed to leave on the final day at 7.30 so wanted breakfast at 7. We arrived at the breakfast tent at 7 and no one was there. Unfortunately it was the same for the...

”A fabulous location with excellent views especially from the garden, but the downside was very sketchy wifi and internet, insufficient hotwater for two showers one after another, and a constant pump noise through the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the kitchen facilities ie tea making supplies were totally inadequate. The bathrooms in our rooms were very spacious ”

”Stunning location and lovely room with friendly staff.”
