Pool area and roof top bar were excellent. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Air-contioning in the room wasnât very good, the humidity was controlled by dehumidifier which made noise (lwe were there late August)

A very special place.Exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Getting there is a pain but once there magical. Left to spend more time in SaPa. Should have done the reverse. The weekday restaurant hostess was a special person. Competant engaging fluentand delightful.

Un beau séjour.
Hotel dans un beau site , chambre propre et spacieuse, piscine a 38 degrés . Le personnel est accueillant et dévoué. Madame "J " est adorable aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Une belle rencontre......
