”Clean, bright and new rooms that are tastefully designed - this was my second time staying at the property and I enjoyed it again. Sometimes, I did feel there was too much attention from the staff (3 staff asking me if I was waiting for a Grab, for e.g.) but I understand other guests might associate this with service and luxury”

”Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5.”

”Kantary Hills is a very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. We were given an upgrade to a huge suite, which was generous and unexpected. The service all around was great. The one thing to know is that it's on the departure path of the airport, so it can be quite noisy during the day. It seems between 10pm and 8am or so there are no flights, though.”
