”Booked this hotel because of the good reviews, that's why I was appalled by how different my stay was. I got a room on the bottom floor, the walls were like paper and I had some awfully noisy people staying on the same floor. Got the superior room, which was very far from superior, there was a 1/3 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, the bathroom looked overall not clean (with the former guest's hair in the sink) and the shower drain was clogged, so every time I took a shower a lake formed in...
