”My wife and I stayed at the Tresor Le Palais for two nights (junior suite) in June 2025. The suite was beautiful, very modern, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, and we slept soundly. The location was perfect for us as it is close enough to the old city, yet far enough away to be quiet. We didn't have breakfast but had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant on the first night. Everything was perfect, but my wife really loved the Mangalitsa pork. The parking was also welcome....

”At one day in the morning the maid broke into my room at 6 am in the morning trying to clean or do something else. I am not too sure. I believe this is a No-Go. After I communicated this with the reception they told me they were hearing weird noises. While breaking into my room they destroyed the locking system of the door. I told the receptionist to order a Taxi for 10am, but he forgot to do so. I had to pay double the price for a transfer to the airport than the usual taxi price. (100 RON) ”

”This is a great concept but not a great execution. New building but the furnishings are low cost. Very squeaky bedframe, dirty sofa in the leaving room, sparse bathroom with no shower curtain, cheap faucets and towels that have seen a better life. All white floors are beautiful but you can see all the dirty spots. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job.”
