”I had took from this hotel for 3 days while I was visiting this area. The Internet was extremely poor as it kept disconnecting. The front desk tried their best to accommodate me; however, it was embarrassing when I was on customer conference calls. Other than that, it was okay.”

”if your looking for a very comfortable room that is clean with a very friendly and welcoming family to welcome you in this is the place for you. Love the feel of staying in your grandmas guest room for the night. ”

”The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful, we forgot something in the room after we checked out and left called and she put me on hold and went to the room and located our item so we drove over an hour to pick it up. Thank you so much.”

”Very clean and comfortable. No real amenities, but we didn't really expect any. Overall, very nice experience.”

”The shower floor was as slippery as a hockey rink, with no curb, so water got out on the tile which made that slippery too. I was supposed to get a 6:00 AM wakeup call...that never occurred.”

”Reception was friendly and fast, property and room were clean and in good shape. Complementary water and coffee for the room were appreciated. Breakfast was good. Everything that you should expect from a stay at Hampton Inn.”

”The in room coffee maker did not work. They did not replace it. If I wanted hot water in the sink, I had to turn on the bathtub hot water. The mini fridge had 4 inches of ice/snow surrounding the freezer part. Microwave was dirty. Mattresses were very lumpy. All upkeep/repairs in the room were spotty. On the upside the staff were very pleasant, but they had no authority or the means to fix or resolve anything.”

”The room was nice and shower ok. The breakfast was poor: scrambled eggs, sausages two mornings, bacon once. White toast, no vegetables, dry oranges, only jam to put on toast, so no cheese, turkey or something like that. Juice ok, coffee ok. ”

”When I was finally ready to take a shower after getting settled in the water was freezing cold. The head of the bed was closer to the floor than the foot of the bed. The air conditioner kept going off, and I had peeping construction workers through my back window! Definitely not my most comfortable hotel to stay in.”

”It was immaculate, served a full breakfast and the staff was over the top helpful and friendly.”

”Nice quiet motel very near the interstate. Easy to find, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a bathtub instead of only a shower!”

”The room was clean, however I paid for a jacuzzi suite, I did not get it. The bathtub backed up and wasn’t going down during or after the shower. The location was good, but the whole point was to get a nice clean jacuzzi room while I was on my vacation but I did not get the jacuzzi”
