Bandaramulla Hotellit

”We were disappointed with Sandy Bliss. We booked a Superior Double with a King bed and Sea Views - our room was an obstructed/partial sea view, but mostly street view with significant street noise. (photo). The hotel is set behind another building, so few rooms will have unobstructed views as advertised. I requested to move to a sea view room but was told this was the room I booked, despite the clear discrepancy between listing and reality. They eventually offered a room with a better sea view...

”beautiful location with well kept grounds and friendly staff all around ”

”Absolutely fabulous hotel , by far the nicest and cleanest hotel during our 14 night stay in Sri Lanka . Would love to have stayed longer”

”The property is stunning and beautifully crafted, every corner of the property was picture perfect and aesthetic. The staff were extremely friendly and the manager, Rohan was super helpful - he helped us book our safari and massages. The pool is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos and is clean. The breakfast being included was super helpful and was very yummy with a good selection and excellent ingredients. Neem is extremely peaceful and relaxing. The beach right outside the hotel is...

”Great service and a nice pool area. This is a very nice, quiet hotel and is well suited for couples who want to relax with each other. Breakfast is fine but other food is not very good. The massage was also not very professional and can not be recommended. Otherwise I can recommend this hotel.”

”Great location. We had lovely views all around. Beautiful room. Staff were really nice. No complaints at all.”

”Our stay was amazing, the rooftop is the best. The food is really good and prepared with care. It’s a new hotel so obviously there are teething issues like- 1-There’s a hairdryer in the bathroom but no compatible input for its plug. 2- The gym machines even though new but are not maintained or cleaned regularly. 3- The charging point behind the bed can’t be reached cause of the headboard. These can be fixed easily so other than this the rooms are spacious and spotless. Pretty kid friendly too.”

”This was a nice hotel with great staff. I just didn’t feel it was worth the price given other places in Sri Lanka I had visited. ”

”Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und tolles Angebot für Ayurveda Einsteiger”

”Polite employees, however management should fix a few topics listed below: 1. Toaster - get a decent toaster to your breakfast area. It's is annoying to ask for toasted bread separately from the staff 2. Move the breakfast closer to the pool area. Everyone want's to sit there and grabbing the food next to reception is frustrating 3. Buy a proper coffee machine. Guests can take themselves an espresso, latter or cappucino in the morning. 4. Offer high quality tea + boiling water for the guests...

”What an amazing place to stay. The views are gorgeous and staff is friendly. You will love your stay.”
