”Air conditioning worked great! The Front porches with rocking chairs are a very nice surprise and to sit out there morning or night is absolutely serene! All you hear is nature! We went horseback riding and that was amazing! To go through the trail through the trees and see the hills and wow what a view from the top! At night to look up at the stars is amazing! There’s so many, never seen anything like it! Breakfast was good with options and there’s a pool, fire pit! The town of Bandera is...

”The front desk were very great and charming at check-in. And the cleaning ladies were very friendly as we passed them in the hallway. Every other employee needs to be taught that when you pass a customer that you make eye contact and smile.”

”We stayed 2 nights. The AC in the room was very loud, carpet and floor didn't seem like they were swept/vacuumed. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken. We were woken up at 6 by the fire alarm because something had burned in the kitchen. We asked for clean towels one morning and never got them. We have stayed here before and it seems like the hotel isn't kept as well as it used to be. The pool was the best part of our stay.”

”This is a very cute property within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the noise - branches on roof all night, early morning dumpster service, followed by lawn service. ”

”I have been dreading writing this review all day because I wanted to love this resort; however, this was basically a dump. It’s a fantastic lobby area but the hotel is basically a mid 1980s apartment complex. Everything from the tiles to the faucets to the bathroom to the exterior of all the buildings screams 1985. For a resort the pool looks like a 1985 apartment complex pool, there’s no gym or spa. Now the lobby area is top notch, and the golf course looked nice. But this was the biggest...
